Launched in January 2018 the NIHR Leeds In Vitro Diagnostic Co-operative (Leeds MIC) supports diagnostics developers in the design and validation of new diagnostic tests acting as a centre of expertise, bringing together patients, clinicians, researchers, commissioners and industry.
Alison Smith's paper was highlighted in the April newsletter. This is the first publication from Alison's NIHR PhD Fellowship, and is a systematic review exploring the role of measurement uncertainty in HTAs of in-vitro tests
