The innovative clinical trials and associated research undertaken by the Institute of Clinical Trials Research, in collaboration with clinical leaders and NHS networks and teams has led to far reaching impact, changes to practice world-wide and benefits to patients. 

We demonstrate innovation through novel trial designs to address complex clinical research problems and our associated and methodological research which underpins portfolio development. 

We value public engagement and interact and work with the public in a variety of ways. This ranges from the patients who take part in our trials to disseminating results to the public. Members of the public also collaborate with us as co-researchers; this is often referred to as Patient and Public Involvement (PPI). Read more...
