Welcome to the Leeds Female Leadership Network website

The Network has been established to bring together like minded people from different areas of health care within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and the University of Leeds with the long term aim to develop, build and maintain strong female leaders across the health care sector in Leeds.

We're also now looking to invite staff from other NHS organisations across Leeds to widen our network and have an even bigger impact.

We wish to inspire women, by building on confidence, capabilities and contacts, through linking in with other local and national initiatives and developing relationships with established female leaders’ networks from other sectors.
