Rachel Vine undertook the MPH in Public Health.
What made you choose MPH Public Health at Leeds?
As a Community Dietitian working within NHS community provider organisations, I wanted to widen my horizons to enable me to help do 'my day job better' through a masters. I chose the MPH Public Health at Leeds as I could undertake it part-time, it was conveniently module-based and local for me.
What was the highlight of the programme?
Being stretched/challenged! Assignments have enabled me to apply module theory to aspects of my work, which ensures the MPH is relevant to me.
Would you recommend MPH Public Health to others?
Yes I definately would.
What do you plan to do after graduation?
I have already implemented my learning at work through one of my assignment ideas. Overall, in 'having' to read more, I feel more up-to-date about various issues, which is very useful in the current turbulent climate.
