Leeds Integrated Clinical Academic Training Programme

We run a thriving Clinical Academic Training Programme enabling medical and dental trainees to undertake research in conjunction with their clinical training. Funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR), and in partnership with Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber Local Education and Training Board (LET-B), the Leeds Integrated Clinical Academic Training programme is managed by Professor Phil Quirke, the Academic Training Programme Director (ATPD).

Administration of the programme, including the ACF research training bursary and the ACF/CL travel bursary is undertaken by the Leeds NIHR ICAT programme manager, Jo Bentley, with the support of Karen Lawson. Please contact us if you have any queries concerning the programme or would like to learn more about the programme.
